"GSG members — who said they spent about 20 percent of their budget on food at meetings and events last year — have voiced concerns to officials about the costs of Stamp Student Union's mandatory catering services.
Organizations wanting something to munch on during their meetings are required to purchase food from the student union's five catering companies or the food court's fast-food eateries. At a meeting last semester, the Graduate Student Government passed a resolution to push for competitive pricing and the elimination of delivery fees for the student union's catering services. GSG President Anna Bedford met with Stamp Student Union Director Marsha Guenzler-Stevens and Dining Services Senior Associate Director Joe Mullineaux on Tuesday to discuss the issue."
